What is ponzu?
Ponzu sauce is made with soy sauce and kombu, mirin or rice vinegar and yuzu or juice of any citrus fruit.

What is it used for?
Dressings and sauces.

Is it easy to find/ make?
Ponzu can be bought in Asian food stores, online or you can make it at home.

I use these ingredients:

4 tbsp kombu soy sauce
(leave kelp to soak in soy sauce overnight)
2 tbsp rice vinegar
2 tbsp yuzu/ juice of any citrus fruit

Don’t worry if you don’t have the kelp, just use normal dark soy sauce.
