YUZU

What is it?

A kind of citrus fruit.

Where can I buy it?

Supermarkets such as Marks and Spencer and Waitrose sell small bottles of yuzu juice for cooking. You can also buy it in Asian supermarkets and online.

What can I use instead?

Any citrus fruit such as lemon or lime.
